Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging
• The product has not been tampered with or damaged by the customer
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless defective)
• Gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via:

• Bank transfer (for online payments)
• Store credit (if preferred)

Return Shipping

For eligible returns (not due to damage/defect), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
