Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders may have an additional handling fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use this number to track your package with our courier partner.
